

My journey into yoga and movement began with a deep-rooted passion for arts and spirituality that has been with me since childhood. Growing up as an Indian Classical dancer and teacher, I cultivated a profound understanding of discipline, rhythm, and expression. This foundation naturally expanded into the world of yoga, where I pursued higher education and became a dedicated practitioner of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
What makes my teaching unique is the balance I’ve discovered between the fluidity of dance and the structured practice of yoga. By combining the grace of movement with the strength and focus of Ashtanga Yoga, I offer a holistic approach to well-being. My classes are designed to go beyond the physical—teaching with depth, sincerity, and a wholehearted commitment to truth.
