- Enthusiasts wishing to explore and practice Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa flow, particularly if they have prior experience in other yoga styles.
- Participants who have completed an online yoga teacher training and are looking to refresh their knowledge and skills.
- Experienced yoga teachers in a different style that wish to delve into the fundamentals of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS COURSE?
- This 100-hour yoga teacher training course is seamlessly integrated with our 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa YTTC, allowing participants to learn alongside each other. Classes will be shared between participants of both courses.
- The course duration is 14 days, including check-in and check-out. If needed, participants can opt for a slightly shorter duration.
- Your schedule mirrors that of the 200-hour YTTC trainees, running from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm daily, excluding weekends.
- Daily classes include:
- Two asana classes featuring Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow.
- Pranayama and meditation sessions.
- Yoga philosophy discussions.
- Alignment and hands-on adjustment workshops.
- Yoga anatomy classes.
Your experience can be tailored based on your goals, allowing flexibility in choosing the classes that align with your aspirations for the course.
Please note: Student Teaching classes are exclusively for 200hr YTTC students, allowing you free time during these sessions to explore additional activities or enjoy moments of relaxation.

Our 100-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course is meticulously designed to instill in you the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to not only practice yoga but to seamlessly integrate it into your lifestyle. The physical core of this course revolves around a modified Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series and invigorating Vinyasa Flow.
Delve into the timeless wisdom of the traditional Ashtanga Yoga system, crafted by Sage Patanjali over 3000 years ago, during the philosophy segment of this immersive 100-hour Yoga course. Our philosophy classes and weekly satsangs explore the profound insights found in the yoga sutras. In addition to the Modified Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, and Vinyasa Flows, enjoy the added benefits of rejuvenating Yin Yoga classes as a bonus!

Course Details
Participants in this course will be integrated into the same group as the 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga YTTC. Your involvement in specific classes will vary—some are mandatory, others optional, and a few are exclusive to the 200hr YTTC. To successfully complete the course, ensure your attendance in at least 100 hours of training.
As part of your yoga training, you’ll receive lifetime access to our online pre-study module, contributing to your 100-hour requirement. While completing this module before the in-person training is optional, it is highly recommended.
Daily participation is strongly encouraged in the following classes:
- Morning Ashtanga Vinyasa classes
- Morning and afternoon Vinyasa Flows
- Pranayama and meditation practices
Optional classes include Philosophy, Anatomy, and Alignment and Adjustments Workshops.
Teaching Techniques and Student Teaching classes are exclusively reserved for 200hr students.
ASHTANGA VINYASA AND ALIGNMENT & ADJUSTMENT WORKSHOPS.
- Introduction to and history of Ashtanga Vinyasa system.
- The four elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa: Vinyasa, Ujjayi pranayama, bandhas and drishti.
- Modified Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series: Standing asanas, seated asanas, finishing asanas.
- Ashtanga Vinyasa practice (modified version): 90-minute class, three times a week.
- How to use props in various postures.
- How to modify the poses.
VINYASA FLOW, YIN YOGA, PARTNER YOGA
- 90-minute-long intermediate Vinyasa Flow practice thrice a week in the morning
- 60-minute-long intermediate Vinyasa Flow practice five times a week in the afternoon
- Two Yin classes during the course
- One Partner Yoga class during the course
PRANAYAMA
- Introduction to pranayama
- Prana, breath and pranayama
- The science and anatomy of pranayama
- Pranic body and spiritual significance of pranayama
- Types of pranayama you will practice in this course: Nadi Shodhana, kapalbhati, bhastrika, ujjayi, bhramari, surya bheda.
- How to practice pranayama
MEDITATION
- Meditation: Introduction, definition and aim
- Science of meditation
- Effects of meditation on brain and mind
- How to meditate
- Types of meditation to be covered: Chakra meditation, Kundalini meditation, Om meditation, Nada meditation, Mantra meditation, Antara mauna, Chidakash Dharana, Vippassana and insight meditation.

ANATOMY
Our anatomy classes help you understand the important muscles and bones used in yoga poses, along with their health benefits and potential problems. We focus a lot on analyzing these body parts, understanding individual physical limits and differences. Practical anatomy classes play a vital role in our alignment lessons. You won’t just learn these in the classroom; you’ll also get access to pre-recorded anatomy lessons taught by our teacher. It’s strongly recommended to complete this module before starting the course. Our anatomy module covers the following:
- The basics:
- Skeletal system, muscular system, connective tissue, nervous system, and movements of the major joints of the body
- Functional anatomy: Concepts of functional anatomy and physiology related to movement.
- Application of anatomical principles to yoga practice:
- Mechanics of yoga asana
- Healthy patterns of movement
- Muscular and skeletal differences i.e. compression, tension, and proportion and orientation theory.
- Study of different regions of the body: The foot, knee, hips, spine, and shoulder

2. Booking Amount
– Once accepted into the course, you will be required to pay a non-refundable but transferrable booking fee of €400 via your preferred method.
– Your spot in the course will only be confirmed after the deposit is received.
– This fee will be adjusted against the total course fee.
3. Remaining Balance
